Sam’s Club Daily Chef Chicken, Spinach & Artichoke Bruschetta Makes #MealsTogether Fun
My “big” girls and one of their boyfriends drove in from Georgia the day after Christmas and stayed with us until New Year’s Day. The entire week was somewhat of a party as no schedules were adhered to, I didn’t work much at all, B was off, and there was lots of crazy laughter. But on New Year’s Eve, we decided to have an “official” party since it was a holiday and their last night in Texas.
But it’s not really a party until someone busts out the appetizers and that’s always my job. I didn’t want to fuss much because I only see the girls about twice a year and I like to focus on our time together. It was a last minute plan so B and the kids headed to the store for a little libation for later in the evening as well as to grab a late lunch, and Bubby and I headed to Sam’s Club for appetizers and Cokes.
They got home way before we did and they were ready to ring in the New Year. They figured I would be in the kitchen forever like always but were all pleasantly surprised when I emerged 15 minutes later with a plate full of hot Daily Chef Chicken, Spinach & Artichoke Bruschetta covered in melted cheese.
They looked and smelled amazing!
And suddenly, it was officially a party. It wasn’t fancy but there was amazing food, great conversation, and so much laughter.
And it went on like this for hours, with all of us in the same room, laughing, talking, eating, and enjoying the night without me being stuck in the kitchen. I cooked 2 batches of the Daily Chef Bruschetta and they would have eaten more if I had them.
Apparently I’ve found the perfect party food!
Y’all know B is one serious eater!
And even though, for once, this party was more about the adults than the babies, the biggest shock came when Bubby entered the scene. This little man of mine that doesn’t like anything but chicken nuggets, french fries, fruit snacks, chips, and pizza actually took the advice of his 23 year old sister and tried some bruschetta.
And he loved it!
I’m so excited to have found a food with chicken breast meat, spinach, artichokes, and cheese all on a buttery crisp bread that my whole family loves, even the pickiest of eaters. And it was so quick and easy to make which is a major score for mom. I feel so accomplished for some strange reason. I got them to eat vegetables, I got them to love them, and I didn’t do any of the work! I’ll be heading back to Sam’s Club to stock up on these to keep in the freezer for football games, lunch time, and for whenever company pops in. It’s a major win for everyone!

  1. Those look so good! I love buying party foods at Sam’s Club because bulk is better for late night parties. You know, the ones where people decide they are hungry at 2am? :)

I’m so happy I renewed my membership after all of this time. I’ll be prepared now. You of all people can appreciate the bargain of this good time. Less than $10 for all of those smiles? Can’t beat that with a football bat!

Those look super delicious, and I love all the ingredients in them. I love finding great food that doesn’t keep me in the kitchen either, where I miss all the fun. Great idea for fun and easy appetizers!

The ingredients are what really drew me in and then the fact that they loved them so much hooked me for sure!

  5. You sure can’t! I have definitely gravitated towards the easy party planning that Sam’s Club allows. I seem to enjoy myself way more when things are easy. Who would have thought that’s how it worked? haha

  6. These look delicious!! Yummm!!
