Well I am, and I’ve heard that many of my friends are too. I’m not gonna take it anymore! I’m tired of spending practically a mortgage payment just to have wireless service that isn’t unlimited at all. I want to save my money, and I want to save it NOW!
So I’ve been searching since my trial with Walmart Family Mobile. Bug loved her phone but our service wasn’t strong. We live in a remote area, as I’ve told you over and over again, but that doesn’t mean this service isn’t great. So I’m still stalking and curious as to what my friends have to say.
Just so you know, I am a member of the Collective Bias® Social Fabric® Community. I was recently asked to check out unlimited plans for wireless to see if I could find a cheap wireless plan that would work for my family. Apparently Kayla, over at Mommy Testers, is getting great service because she’s been talking non stop on Mommy’s new phone through Walmart Family Mobile.
“A little while back I told you how we may be overpaying for wireless. Okay, let me be blunt. We’re getting gouged on our wireless bill from Sprint. Now that I actually realize it’s happening I find it to be infuriating. So I‘ve spent that last month checking out the Walmart Family Mobile plan to see if it’s a viable solution for us. I mean, when Kayla has actually allowed me to use the phone!”
See? I’m not the only one that feels I’m over paying for wireless service! And Kayla’s (errr…ummm…I mean Jillian’s test run) has been going well.
“That’s right, the phone I was sent to test out the service has been hijacked by a loquacious 4 year old who enjoys engaging family members in long winded calls. Usually she recites the inconsistent details of her day…and blabs about nothing and everything. Total gibberish sometimes. Of course my parents think it’s adorable because in their eyes she can do no wrong. Ever.”
And my Bug has had the same experience but we’ve had some connectivity issues with this service. Which stinks. I’m still hopeful. It’s coming soon. Please come to me. I want this!
“One thing I really like is the account notifications you get. I was able to see that my bill was ready and then receive confirmation when it was paid which came in the way of a text message to my phone. Combine that with the crazy savings difference between our current $190+ monthly bill from Sprint and what would be $75 a month for the Walmart Family Mobile plan and this service looks pretty darn good. Since I don’t actually talk on my cell phone very much and mostly use it for texting, email and surfing the web I think this plan could actually work for us in the end!”
Yes, saving a buck (or $115) is right up my alley. Hurry up and get to kickin’ on my island Walmart Family Mobile. I already love you. Come to me! You and I will be fast friends with our 5-line plan. COME.TO.ME!
We’ll be switching service in January and I’ve been assured that this service will be up to full speed in my area by then. *SQUEE*
